Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return Contact us at info@fmvtilesandbathrooms.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping A return shipping label will be provided once your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Restocking Fee All accepted returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Example: A £100.00 return will result in a £60.00 refund after the restocking fee.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item following the process above and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@fmvtilesandbathrooms.co.uk. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• All Tiling Materials including: tile adhesives, grouts, self-levelling compounds, bottled/liquid products, and other perishable tiling products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

These exclusions apply due to the nature of the products and health & safety considerations.

Your Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full remedy regardless of the above conditions.
