Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

For larger orders (tiles, trims, and pallets), the following rates apply:

• Tiles & large items — Delivered via Royal Mail or DPD. Free delivery on orders of £400 or more.
• Trim samples — £4.99 (orders £3.50–£17.50) / £10.00 (orders £17.51–£35.00)
• Full-size trims — £59.00 Express; FREE on orders of £200 or more
• Pallet delivery — £120.00; FREE on orders of £400 or more
• Tiles (N&C) — £55.00; FREE on orders of £400 or more
